Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother ### to you. We humbly ask for your guidance and favor as he prepares for his job interview on Monday, the ###. Lord, we know that you are the source of all wisdom and provision, and we trust in your perfect plan for ###'s life.

Your Word reminds us in James 1:5 that if anyone lacks wisdom, they should ask you, and you will generously give it to them. We ask that you grant ### wisdom and discernment as he prepares for this interview. Help him to showcase his skills, talents, and qualifications in a way that will impress the interviewers and set him apart from other candidates.

Father, we also ask for your favor to be upon ###. Your Word tells us in Psalm 5:12 that you bless the righteous and surround them with your favor as with a shield. We pray that you would go before ### and open doors of opportunity for him. May the interviewers see his potential and recognize the value he can bring to their organization.

Lord, we surrender this job opportunity into your hands, knowing that you have a perfect plan for ###'s life. If this is the right job for him, we ask that you would make it abundantly clear and provide him with this opportunity. However, if it is not your will, we trust that you have something better in store for him.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We believe that you are able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we ask or think. We commit ###'s job interview into your hands, knowing that you are in control.
