Firstly, we need to address that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, WEB). If there's an underlying health issue causing the delay in your period, we pray for healing and encourage you to seek medical advice.
However, if the cause is unknown, let's use this time to reflect on our lives. The Bible teaches us to present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God (Romans 12:1, WEB). This includes abstaining from sexual immorality, which can lead to unplanned pregnancies and other complications (1 Thessalonians 4:3, WEB).
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Zirdoaki. Lord, you know the inner workings of her body and the cause of her delayed period. We pray for your healing touch and guidance. Help her to trust in you and seek your will for her life. If there are any areas where she needs to align with your word, give her the strength and grace to do so. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only through him that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB).

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.
God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
