We understand that you are seeking God's help for your workplace, healing, and protection. We appreciate you including IJNA as an abbreviation for In Jesus Name Amen. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
Firstly any healing and protection must not be prayed for generically. We must seek God's will and trust that no matter what we are facing that God will work all things for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
Let us pray for your situation and offer some biblical encouragement.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our fellow believer and their workplace. We pray for your will to be done that if healing is your will that your healing will be available. We pray for your protection over their workplace, and that your will be done. We ask that you guide them and their colleagues in their work, and that your purpose will be fulfilled. Give them strength and wisdom to face any challenges they may encounter. Help them to be lights for you in their workplace, reflecting your love and grace to those around them.
Concerning healing, we remember the words of Jesus in John 5:14 WEB: "Behold, you are made whole. Sin no more, so that nothing worse happens to you." We pray that if there is any sin that needs to be addressed, that you would reveal it and grant repentance. We trust in your sovereignty and that you will work all things together for good.
Regarding work we are reminded that we are to conduct ourselves honestly.
Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." We encourage you to maintain integrity and diligence in your work, knowing that you are ultimately serving the Lord.
We also remember the promise of 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Trust in God's care and provision, knowing that he is faithful and that we must trust him no matter what the outcome of our prayers are.
Finally, we are called to be witnesses for Christ in our workplaces. Matthew 5:16 WEB: "Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven." We pray that you will have opportunities to share the love of Christ with your colleagues and that they will see your good works and glorify God.
We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and trusting in his goodness.
