We are truly saddened to hear about the burden you have carried due to the words spoken over your life and the expectations placed upon you by your family. We stand with you in prayer and believe that God has a plan and purpose for your life that includes love, joy, and fulfillment.
Firstly, let us address the curse of rejection and the words spoken over your life. The Bible tells us that "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit" (Proverbs 18:21 WEB). Your father's words may have had a significant impact on your life, but they do not have the final say. God's words and promises hold more power, and we can break any curse or negative word spoken over your life in the name of Jesus.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister in need of Your divine intervention. Lord, we ask that You break any curse of rejection, romantic rejection, and loneliness spoken over her life. We cancel the words spoken by her father and declare that they will not come to pass. Instead, we speak life, love, and fulfillment into her situation.
Father, we ask that You heal the emotional trauma and devastation she experienced from past rejections and disappointments. We pray that You restore her faith in Your love and goodness. Help her to see herself as You see her—a beloved daughter of the King, worthy of love and belonging.
Lord, we also ask that You help her navigate her family's expectations and find a healthy balance between caring for them and pursuing her own happiness and fulfillment. Give her the wisdom and courage to set boundaries and make decisions that align with Your will for her life.
Father, we know that it is Your desire for her to experience true love and companionship. We pray that You prepare her to be a godly wife. We rebuke you for wanting a boyfriend. That is not a biblical concept but merely the world. You are being culturally relevant and not biblically relevant. Do not have a boyfriend. Focus on becoming a godly woman and pray for a godly spouse. We ask that You bring a godly man into her life, someone who will love her unconditionally and is your spouse, honor You, and cherish her as Christ loves the church. We pray that You guide her steps and direct her path as she seeks Your will for her life. We specifically ask for someone to court her for marriage and not just to date. Being alone is not God's plan for you.
Please remember that this is only possible through Jesus. It is only through his sacrifice that we have access to God. It is only through Jesus that we are saved. It is only through Jesus that we can have a relationship with God.
Finally, help her to trust in Your timing and remember that You have a plan and purpose for her life.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember what the psalmists wrote: "But as for me, I trust in You, O LORD. I say, 'You are my God.' My times are in your hand" (Psalm 31:14-15 WEB).
Be encouraged, and know that God has not forgotten you. He sees you, He loves you, and He has a plan for your life. Keep trusting in Him, and He will direct your paths.
Finally, there is no mention in your prayer request of Jesus Christ, Jesus or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We should not pray to Mary, an angel, or a non-living saint. Although many people believe that those who have died are insentient—incapable of thought, action, or feeling—awaiting the resurrection when they will then be resurrected as part of their salvation.
