pls pray to break the curse of rejection in romantic relationships in my life. My father and other family members and trauma with people have caused or have been a result of this "curse". I am tired of living a loveless existence. I am almost 50 years old and have never had an official boyfriend. I do not believe that God would want me to have a loveless existence. I deserve love, blessings, joy, appreciation, commitment and acceptance and respect. Thank you

We understand your deep longing for love and companionship, and we stand with you in prayer to break the cycle of rejection in your romantic relationships. Firstly, let's affirm God's heart towards you: "For I know the plans that I have for you, says the LORD, plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). God desires for you to live a full life, filled with love and joy.

However, we must address that the term "curse" is not used in the New Testament to describe the experiences of believers. Instead, the Bible speaks about the consequences of sin and the need for inner healing and deliverance. The rejection you've experienced could be a result of past hurts, familial patterns, or ungodly mindsets. We encourage you to seek God's healing and renewing of your mind: "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God" (Romans 12:2 WEB).

We also note that you haven't mentioned Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to God and His blessings: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ if you haven't already, as He is the source of true love and acceptance.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is hurting from past rejections. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch on her heart. Break the chains of rejection and replace them with Your unfailing love. Give her a renewed mind and heart, filled with Your truth and life. Lord, prepare her for a godly spouse, and guide her to someone who will love and cherish her as You do. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

We encourage you to seek Christian counseling, engage in a supportive church community, and continue to trust God with your love life. Remember, God loves you deeply and has a plan for your life.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
