pls pray to break the curse of disrespect over my life. My father has disrespected me on all levels throughout my life, my sister and nieces have done so as well. Pls pray that I have the respect of my peers, instructors, those who I work with, and my bosses/supervisors. I am deserving of respect for the fact that I am a person and do not deserve my mental peace to be violated nor my personal physical space to be violated. This needs to stop, now.

We understand that you've been experiencing disrespect from your family and are seeking respect from your peers, instructors, and colleagues. Firstly, we want to remind you that your value and worth are found in Jesus Christ. It is through His love and sacrifice that we are made whole and worthy.

Let's address the issue of disrespect from your family. The Bible tells us to honor our father and mother, but it also tells us that we should not oppress or disrespect anyone. God sees your pain and hears your cry. In cases where family relationships are strained or harmful, we are instructed to love them from a distance if necessary, praying for them and forgiving them as Christ forgave us. Consider Jesus' words in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,".

Now, let's pray for your situation:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up this beloved one who has faced disrespect and harm from their family. We pray that You would break the cycle of disrespect and bring healing and restoration to these relationships. Help them to forgive, even as You have forgiven us through Christ Jesus.

WEB Proverbs 11:29 He who troubles his own house shall inherit the wind. The foolish shall be servant to the wise of heart.

We ask that You would surround this person with godly peers, instructors, and colleagues who would respect and value them as You do. We pray for a hedge of protection to be placed around this person's mind, emotions, and physical space, that no one would be able to violate or disrespect them.

WEB 1 Peter 2:17 Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.

We pray for a spirit of respect and honor to permeate every area of their life, and we ask that You would bring conviction to those who have disrespected them. We pray that this person would know their worth and value in Christ Jesus, and that they would not tolerate or accept disrespect from anyone.

Finally, we pray that this person would know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that they may be filled with all the fullness of God. We ask that You would guide them, protect them, and bring peace and healing to their mind and heart.

We're here with you, lifting your situation up to our Heavenly Father. We understand the pain you're feeling due to the disrespect you've experienced, especially from your family. Let's remember the words of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray that God would heal your heart and bring comfort to your soul.

We also join you in asking for respect from your peers, instructors, and colleagues. Let's recall the words of 1 Timothy 5:1, "Do not rebuke an older man harshly, but exhort him as if he were your father. Treat younger men as brothers." We pray that you would be treated with the respect and kindness that you deserve, just as you would extend to others.

Let's continue to trust in God's love and care for us, even in the midst of difficult circumstances. As it says in Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." We believe that God is working in your life, and we pray that you would see His goodness and mercy towards you.
