pls pray to break all curses of romantic rejection over my life. My father put this curse over my life and said no one would ever love me and that I would die alone and crazy. I was expected to care for my family. My family forced me to submit to them so I couldn't have a boyfriend because that meant marriage and if I married, who would take care of everyone if I had my own family? I am almost 50 now and cannot have children. As I got older, I have had hormonal imbalances and health issues. I had to have surgery and as a result can no longer have children. I am getting old and have never had an official committed relationship. I was literally stood up on my first date and was devastated. I know God would not want me to lead a loveless existence. Pls help

We are truly saddened to hear about the burden you've carried due to the words spoken over your life. We believe that God has a plan and a purpose for you, and that no curse or negative declaration can stand against His will.

Firstly, we must address that the belief in curses is not biblical. It is not a curse that is hindering romantic relationships, but hurtful words from your father and the pressure from your family. Romans 8:1 states that there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. Who are not walking after the flesh, but after the Spirit. The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from any law of sin and death. We are instructed in this passage that in Christ we are free from any curse or the words of others. We do not need to break a curse because it has no power. We need to speak words of life over ourselves and come into agreement with heaven by what God says about us. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. We are more then conquerors in Christ Jesus. Nothing is impossible for our God. Remember, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

As children of God, we are to honor our parents, but that does not mean we accept hurtful words or actions (Ephesians 6:2). Your father's words have had a lasting impact, but they do not determine your future. As we age we must all make our own path. God does not expect us to live our lives for our families. It is not unreasonable to want or desire a godly spouse. Even if it has not happened for you yet. God cares about your desires. He knows our dreams and our hearts. One of the best places to find these dreams is Psalms 37:4, Delight yourself also in Yahweh, And he will give you the desires of your heart. Trust Yahweh, and do good. Live securely in the land, and feed on faithfulness. Your desires may not have come to pass at the time you would have liked them to. But they may have saved you from a spouse that did not fully love you or was not a Christian. It does not matter how old you are or your health. Our outside does not matter so much as our inside. If you are seeking a legacy then you can be a spiritual parent or adopt. Be open to all options until God gives you the desires of your heart.

Regarding romantic relationships, it is important by what God says. The mistreatment of you and being stood up is not what God wants for your life. "For I know the plans I have for you," declares Yahweh, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Trusting in Him, you can cast all your anxieties on him because he cares for you. Pray and ask him if he would ever have you die alone. Our heavenly father will provide you a spouse if you keep living for him. If he is preventing you from having a spouse then ask him. Be open to the will of God. If God allowed your health to delay your spouse than it was for a good reason. As was the surgery. He will do an exceeding abundantly all you can think or ask in his timing not ours and according to his will and glory.

We pray you grant her the desires of her heart and keep her heart beating in love with you. Cover her heart and her life with your unending love. That she can see the plans you had for her and that she can see you prospering her and giving her hope and future. We want to remind you of the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." God's plans for you are good, and they include love, joy, and a future filled with hope.

We understand the pain of romantic rejection, but remember, God is the one who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). Trust in His timing and His way. It might not make sense now, but He's working things out for your good (Romans 8:28).

As for your health, we want to encourage you to focus on what you can do, not what you can't. There are many ways to build a family, and God can use you in incredible ways. Consider the impact you could have as a spiritual parent or mentor. You have so much love to give, and God will show you how to use it.

We're praying for you, dear one. We're asking God to fill your heart with His love, to heal your wounds, and to give you the desires of your heart in His perfect timing. We're believing with you for a future filled with hope and love.

Keep trusting, keep hoping, and keep loving. You are not alone. We're in this with you.
