Pls pray that my upcoming surgery goes smoothly and that anesthesia works well and that I recover/heal well and asap thx

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who is in need of prayer. We lift up their upcoming surgery to you, Lord, and ask that you would guide the hands of the medical team and ensure that the procedure goes smoothly. We pray specifically for the anesthesia to work effectively, bringing comfort and peace to our friend during the surgery.

Father, we ask for a swift and complete recovery for our anonymous friend. May your healing power be upon them, bringing restoration and strength to their body. We pray that any pain or discomfort would be alleviated, and that they would experience a speedy recovery, according to your perfect will.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in your sovereignty and believe that you are able to bring about healing and restoration. May our anonymous friend find comfort and peace in your presence throughout this entire process.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Trusting God During Surgery​

“God will take care of everything you need.” (Philippians 4:19 The Message) How do we trust that God will take care of us as He does the birds and the trees? Believing God’s Word will fan the flame of our faith as we live it out in hard circumstances. We can ask for God's protection and safety, both physically and mentally against harm and pain. We can petition the Lord to direct the hands of the surgeons and doctors and to give them wisdom. We can claim God's promises to be with us as we go through surgery.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this individual to You as they undergo surgery. Please guide the hands of the medical team and grant them wisdom. Surround this individual with Your healing presence and bring comfort to their heart. We trust in Your mercy and healing power. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
