Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of our anonymous friend. Lord, we ask that you would be with them as they prepare for their surgery on Friday. We pray for your divine guidance and wisdom to be upon the medical team who will be performing the surgery. Grant them steady hands and clear minds, Lord.
We ask for your presence to be with our anonymous friend during the surgery, comforting them and easing any anxiety or fear they may be experiencing. Lord, we pray for a successful surgery, that everything would go according to plan and that there would be no complications. We trust in your healing power, Lord, and we ask that you would guide the hands of the surgeons and bring about a full and speedy recovery.
In your Word, you have promised to be with us in times of trouble and to give us peace that surpasses all understanding. We claim these promises for our anonymous friend, asking that you would surround them with your love and peace throughout this entire process. May they feel your presence and know that you are with them every step of the way.
We also lift up their loved ones, Lord, asking that you would grant them strength and comfort during this time. May they find solace in knowing that you are in control and that you are working all things together for their good.
