Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who is in need of prayer. We lift up their upcoming surgery to you, Lord, and ask for your divine intervention and guidance throughout the entire process. We pray that the surgery goes well, that the hands of the medical team are skilled and guided by your wisdom.
Lord, we ask for a quick and complete recovery for our friend. We pray for your healing touch to be upon them, bringing restoration and wholeness to their body. Your Word assures us in Psalm 103:2-3 that you "forgive all our sins and heal all our diseases." We claim this promise for our friend, believing that you are the ultimate healer.
During this time of recovery, we ask for your peace and comfort to surround our friend. May they experience your presence and feel your love and care in every moment. Grant them strength and patience as they go through the healing process.
We also pray for the emotional and spiritual well-being of our friend. May they find solace and encouragement in your Word, knowing that you are with them every step of the way. Help them to trust in your plan and purpose, even in the midst of uncertainty.
Lord, we thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect timing and know that you are working all things together for our friend's good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
