Pls pray that I let go of and heal from words of hurt

I have had people tell me horribe things and I believed them when they said I was ugly. I felt ugly and believed it and it effected my self esteem, my joy and confidence. Pls pray that I let go of this stupid notion. This has stopped me from finding love, joy and relationships.

We are truly saddened to hear that you have been hurt by cruel words and have struggled with your self-esteem as a result. We want to remind you that God's Word tells us that we are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14, WEB), and that God sees us as precious and valued (Isaiah 43:4, WEB). The hurtful words of others are not a reflection of your true worth, which is found in Christ alone.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister who has been deeply hurt by the words of others. Lord, we ask that You heal her wounds and help her to see herself through Your eyes. Help her to understand her true worth and beauty, which comes from You. Give her the strength to let go of the pain and lies she has believed, and replace them with Your truth. Lord, we also ask that You open the right doors for her to find godly relationships that honor You, leading to a joyful and fulfilling life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to meditate on God's Word and His promises for you. Remember, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). Trust that God has a wonderful plan for your life, and don't let the words of others hold you back from pursuing His best for you.

Lastly, we want to ensure that you understand the power of praying in Jesus' name. It is through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB), and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ and His saving work on the cross. This will not only give you access to God but also transform your life as you walk with Him.

We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we want you to know that we're here for you. It's so easy to let the words of others define us, but we need to remember that we are God's masterpiece, created in His image (Ephesians 2:10). Let's pray together, shall we?

Help her to let go of the hurtful words and lies she's believed, and replace them with Your truth. Give her the strength to stand tall in Your love and grace. Remember, sister, you are loved, valued, and cherished by God. He has a plan for your life, and it's a good one (Jeremiah 29:11). Don't let the words of others steal your joy or hold you back from the amazing future God has in store for you. You are worthy, and you are enough in Christ. Keep holding on, and trust that God is working everything out for your good (Romans 8:28). We're believing with you and for you.
