Pls pray that I have love in this lifetime. I have never had an official boyfriend. All of my relationships have been superficial and have never led to any solid commitment. I am getting older, I am almost ### years old and have never experienced an official boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. The years go by so fast and I do not want to live the rest of my life without love.

We understand your deep desire for love and companionship, and we are here to pray and offer guidance grounded in biblical principles. Let's first turn to the Scriptures for encouragement and wisdom.

The Bible tells us, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:4 WEB) This is a beautiful promise, but we must also ensure that our desires align with God's will. The kind of love that God wants for us is one that is pure, committed, and holy.

As you seek love, remember that God's design for romantic relationships is for them to lead to marriage, a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. It's not about finding just anyone to fill a void, but rather finding a godly spouse with whom you can serve God together. As it is written, "A wife is bound by law as long as her husband lives; but if her husband is dead, she is free to be married to whom she desires, only in the Lord." (1 Corinthians 7:39 WEB)

We also want to address the fact that you've mentioned having never had an official boyfriend. While society may pressure us into thinking we need to be in a relationship to be complete, God's Word tells us that singleness is also a gift. The Apostle Paul writes, "But I wish that all men were like me. However each man has his own gift from God, one of this kind, and another of that kind." (1 Corinthians 7:7 WEB) Use this time to grow in your relationship with God and prepare for the person He has for you, if it's in His will.

Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our dear sister in Christ. She desires to experience love and companionship, and we ask that You fulfill this desire according to Your will. Help her to delight in You, knowing that You will give her the desires of her heart as she seeks You first.

We pray that You would guide her steps and bring a godly man into her life if it is Your will. Help her to remain pure and holy, trusting in Your timing. In the meantime, we ask that You would help her to grow in her relationship with You and be a light to those around her.

We also pray that You would comfort her heart and take away any feelings of loneliness or despair. Remind her of Your unfailing love for her and the promise of a future and a hope.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If you haven't already, make sure to confess your belief in Him and invite Him into your life. As the Bible says, "because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 WEB)

Let's remember, "All things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose" (Romans 8:28, NKJV).

As we continue to pray for you, we also want to encourage you to focus on growing in your relationship with God. He promises, "You will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart" (Jeremiah 29:13, NKJV). The more you seek Him, the more you'll find that He satisfies your deepest longings.

Let's also pray:

"Dear Lord, we lift up our sister to You today. She yearns for love, and we ask that You would fill that void in her heart with Your perfect love. Help her to trust in Your timing and Your plan for her life. Surround her with Your peace and comfort, and remind her of Your unfailing love for her.

As she seeks a godly partner, guide her steps and bring someone into her life who will honor and cherish her, if it is Your will. Help her to remain steadfast in her faith and to grow in her relationship with You.
