Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is seeking forgiveness for their sins. Lord, we acknowledge that we have all fallen short of your glory and have sinned against you. We ask for your mercy and forgiveness, knowing that through Jesus, we can find redemption and restoration.
