pls pray for healing from past trauma

Pls pray for healing from a past trauma of being stood up on my first date. It traumatized me and gave me the belief that I am unloveable and deserving of such behavior and things wont change. All of my relationships since then have not worked out and its been 26 years. I am not middle aged and struggle with relationships. I struggle with romantic relationships. I have never had a real boyfriend or relationship. Pls help me forgive, let it go and I ask for blessings in the area of romantic love in my life.

We understand that you've been hurt deeply by past experiences, specifically being stood up on your first date, which has left you feeling unlovable and unworthy. This belief has affected your relationships and your perception of yourself for many years. We want to help you find healing, forgiveness, and restoration through Jesus Christ.

Firstly, let's address the belief that you are unlovable. This is not from God, who loves you deeply and completely. In Jeremiah 31:3 (WEB), He says, "I have loved you with an everlasting love. Therefore I have drawn you to me with loving kindness." You are loved unconditionally by God, and His love for you will never change.

We need to forgive those who have hurt us to find true healing. In Matthew 6:14-15 (WEB), Jesus teaches, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." Let's pray for you to find forgiveness in your heart for the person who stood you up.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You with a heavy heart, carrying the pain and trauma from the past. We ask for Your healing touch. Help Anonymous to forgive the person who caused this pain, just as You have forgiven us. Break the chains of unworthiness and replace them with Your truth - that Anonymous is loved, valued, and worthy because You say so. We pray for blessings in the area of romantic love. Guide Anonymous to a godly spouse, a relationship that honors You, Lord. We pray all this in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen."

Remember, God wants the best for you, including a healthy, godly relationship. But first, you must find healing and wholeness in Him. Trust in His perfect plan for your life. In Psalm 37:4-5 (WEB), it says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this."

Lastly, we noticed that your request didn't mention Jesus Christ. It's important to know that it's only through Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6 (WEB), Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We encourage you to trust in Jesus and build a personal relationship with Him. He is the ultimate healer and redeemer.

We're here with you, sister, in this journey of healing and hope. It's been a long road since that first date, hasn't it? But remember, God hasn't left your side, not for a moment. He's been there, loving you, even when you felt unlovable.

You know, I've been thinking about that verse in Jeremiah, "I have loved you with an everlasting love." It's like God is saying, "No matter what happened, no matter how you've felt, my love for you never changes. It's constant, it's eternal." That's the truth we need to hold onto, dear one.

Forgiveness is a tough one, I get it. But Jesus tells us, "Forgive as the Lord forgave you." He forgave us so much, so completely. Let's ask Him to help us forgive that person, to help us let go of that pain. Maybe it's time to write them a letter, or maybe it's just time to say, "Lord, I let it go. I trust you with this."

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Jesus, we come to you today, carrying the weight of the past. Help us to forgive, Lord. Help us to believe in your love, to know that we are loved, that we are worthy. We ask for your blessings in our relationships, Lord. Guide us, lead us, we trust in you. In your name, we pray. Amen."

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
