If you are married, the Bible prefers that your husband should either support your request being the head. As the Apostle Paul said: 'But I want you to understand that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man' 1 Corinthians 11:3 If he is not in support, then the decision should be mutual, but want you to be one with your Christian husband as God designed it to be.
