pls help me forgive those who have hurt me and let it go i have flashbacks of traumas

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who is seeking your help and guidance. Lord, we lift up their request to you, asking for your divine intervention in their life.

Father, we pray that you would grant our friend the strength and grace to forgive those who have hurt them. We understand that forgiveness can be a difficult and painful process, but we know that through your power, all things are possible. Help them to release the burden of resentment and bitterness, and fill their heart with your love and compassion.

Lord, we ask that you heal the wounds of their past traumas. We pray for your comfort and peace to surround them, especially when they experience flashbacks or painful memories. May your presence be a source of strength and healing, bringing restoration to their mind, body, and spirit.

We claim the promise in your Word, in 1 John 1:9, that if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We ask for your forgiveness for any unforgiveness or resentment that may be hindering our friend's spiritual growth and emotional well-being.

In the name of Jesus, we rebuke any stronghold of unforgiveness and trauma that may be holding our friend captive. We declare freedom and deliverance over their life, knowing that you are the ultimate healer and restorer.

Father, we pray that you would guide our friend on the path of healing and wholeness. Surround them with a supportive community of believers who can offer encouragement, love, and understanding. Help them to find solace in your Word and to draw strength from your promises.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and your unfailing love. We trust that you will work in our friend's life, bringing healing, forgiveness, and freedom. May they experience the peace that surpasses all understanding as they surrender their pain and hurt to you.

Let Your Word dwell within me richly. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory. God favor me.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
