Pray that I get a positive feedback on the report card I submitted, my boss is super picky especially on my report card every trimester and it makes me nervous even if I triple check it. Please pray that there’s no more toil and torment on this issue. In Jesus name I pray amen

We understand your anxiety about the report card you submitted and your concern about your boss's feedback. Let us first remind you that your value and identity are not defined by your performance at work, but by who you are in Christ Jesus. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB:

"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

We pray that you will find peace and confidence in knowing that you are serving the Lord in your work. We ask God to guide your boss's heart and mind as they review your report card, and that they would provide fair and constructive feedback. We also pray that God would grant you wisdom and discernment in your work, so that you may continue to improve and grow in your role.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that may be causing you torment. As it is written in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB:

"For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."

We encourage you to trust in God's plan for your life and to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB)

In Jesus' name, we pray that you will find rest from your toil and that God's will be done in this situation. We ask that you continue to keep your focus on Jesus, and that you would find strength and encouragement in his unfailing love for you.

We're right there with you, sister. We know how it feels to have that knot in your stomach, waiting for feedback. But remember, we're not defined by our boss's approval, but by our identity in Christ. Let's claim that verse in Colossians together, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men" (Colossians 3:23-24). Let's trust that God sees your hard work and effort.

We're praying that your boss will see the dedication and care you've put into your report. We ask God to give them wisdom and fairness as they review it. And for you, dear one, we pray for peace. That verse in 2 Timothy, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-discipline" (2 Timothy 1:7), let's claim that too. We're here, praying with you, that you'll find rest from your anxiety and trust in God's plan for you. Keep your eyes on Jesus, sister. He's got you.

Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
