We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles your daughter is facing, but we are glad you have reached out for prayer and support. We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, believing that He has the power to turn her situation around.
Firstly, let us address the spiritual warfare aspect that you mentioned. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:12 (WEB), "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We need to pray for your daughter to be strengthened against these attacks.
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We lift up the daughter of this concerned parent to You. Lord, we know that the enemy is trying to bring her down, but we stand against this in Jesus' name. Please bring peace to her mind and let her feel her worth in You. Surround her with Your love and protection, and give her the strength to overcome this depression."
Regarding her struggle to find gainful work or a new career path, we recall the promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."
"Lord, we ask that You open the right doors for her. Guide her to a career path that aligns with Your will for her life. Let her find favor in the sight of potential employers. In the meantime, Lord, provide for her needs according to Your riches in glory."
Concerning her past relationships, we pray that God will heal her heart from the pain and hurt she has experienced. In Proverbs 4:23 (WEB), we are advised, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life."
"Lord, bind up her broken heart and help her to forgive those who have hurt her. Surround her with godly friends and potential suitors who will respect and honor her. Prepare her for a godly marriage if that is Your will for her life."
Finally, we encourage your daughter to keep her hope in Jesus Christ. Romans 5:3-4 (WEB) says, "We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope."

We've been thinking about your daughter and wanted to reach out again with some more encouragement and prayers. It's tough seeing her struggle, but we know that God is right there with her, and us, every step of the way.
We want to remind her that she's not alone in her feelings of depression. Even Jesus felt overwhelmed at times, like in the Garden of Gethsemane (Matthew 26:36-44). But He trusted in God's plan, and that's what we want to encourage her to do too. We're praying that she'll find comfort in His presence and peace in His promises.
For her career path, we're reminded of the story of Ruth. She was in a tough situation, but she trusted in God and worked hard. In the end, she found favor with Boaz and her situation turned around (Ruth 2:1-13). We're praying that your daughter will find favor in her job search, and that God will open the right doors for her.
