Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your mercy and grace during this time of excessive heat. Your Word says in Psalm 121:5-6, "Yahweh is your keeper. Yahweh is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night." We ask that You provide relief from this intense heat, Lord, and that You be a shade and protection for all who are suffering.
Grant strength to endure these challenging conditions, and provide safety and peace on the roads for those who must travel. Lead them to cooler grounds, Father, and bless their journey. As it is written in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Renew their strength, Lord, and keep them from weariness.
May Your presence be felt throughout the day, bringing comfort and assurance. We trust in Your provision and care, and we thank You for Your unending love and blessings.
