Ephesians 6:12 WEB. We advise to put on the whole armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ephesians 6:11 WEB.
However, it's crucial to understand that we should not focus on fighting against people, but against the spiritual forces that might be influencing them. Praying for their cooperation and for them to act in accordance with God's will is biblical, as Jesus said, "Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you."
