Please stand in agreement with me for this very specific and detailed prayer request. Thank you. Need all the prayers i can get.. Lord! I'm crying out to you, begging you in the name of Jesus Christ to please the following stop. Extremely cruel bosses at work who: 1) abuse their power (The egregious behavior is out of hand)When 2) Retaliate against employees who report the abuse 3) Watches an employee complete assigned tasks and then says that (the employee) did not do the work 4) Ignores the fact that the employee follows instructions and does their job but makes "mountains out of molehills" for minor mistakes 5) Gives negative performance evaluation to retaliate against employees who report abusive bosses. 6) Isolates/ostracizes employees who are deemed less favored in the "boss's" eyes. 7) Pits employees against one another and encourages backbiting, gossiping and other negative behavior 8) Degrades, humiliates employees (Forces employees to report to work when ill or caring for a gravely ill loved one) 9) High level of pride and arrogance (no compassion, empathy or remorse) and do not listen 10) Are dishonest 11) Encourages and defends favorites who bully the target employees Dear Reader, if you have been through the above scenarios or are currently in this situation, i pray that the Lord Jesus Christ show up and make the necessary corrections. I cover all of the above in the Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
