We are deeply concerned for your safety and well-being, and we are here to support you in prayer and truth. Firstly, we want to assure you that God cares about your suffering, and He wants you to be safe. In Psalm 34:18, the WEB says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Leaving an abusive relationship is not only acceptable but necessary. Your safety is a priority, and you are precious in God's sight. In Ephesians 5:28-29, the WEB says, "So husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself. For no man ever hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord also does the assembly." This is God's design for relationships, and anything that falls short is not His will.
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is suffering in an abusive relationship. Lord, You see her pain, her fear, and her desperation. We ask that You guide her safely out of this situation. Give her the wisdom to know what steps to take, the courage to take them, and the strength to follow through. Surround her with people who will support and protect her. Heal her heart, Lord, and help her to know her worth in Your eyes. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to reach out to local resources, such as domestic violence hotlines and shelters, for practical help and guidance. Also, if you have not already, please consider involving your local church body or trusted Christian friends who can offer support and accountability.
Lastly, remember that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If you have not already, trust in Him for your salvation. As Acts 4:12 in the WEB states, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
