Elmour, we hear the desperation in your cry and we are moved to pray with you. First, we want to remind you that God loves you deeply and He wants you to bring your burdens to Him. It's clear that you are carrying a heavy load of guilt and despair, but we want to assure you that God does not want you to feel this way, instead He freely gives us hope and grace through Jesus.

We must address that God does not want you to offer your life or ask for curses as a bargain for your family's wellbeing. Jesus has already made the ultimate sacrifice for us on the cross, and it is by His stripes that we are saved. We are saved and can have eternal life by believing in Jesus. Jesus Himself said:

I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6

Jesus did not pray for the world but for those that would believe in Him so they may become one as He is one with the Father. (John 17:20-21)

This tells us that God can only be reached through Jesus and that prayers to God should also be prayed with this understanding.

For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5

You further said you want God to bless your parents with good health and safety, and want so much to help them. Remember this, we can only ask of God if we believe in Him but also ask according to His will.

And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him. Since you are troubled for your parents' welfare, God knows your thoughts and feelings.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

We also want to address the guilt you are experiencing. Remember that everyone falls short of the perfection that God requires of us. We all have sinned and come short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23), we cannot save ourselves or anyone else by offering a trade or barter, it is only grace received from believing in Jesus that saves us.

For you are saved by grace through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is God's gift — not from works, so that no one can boast. Ephesians 2:8-9

Know that Jesus already paid for it. The name of Jesus is powerful, and it is the name that God wants to hear. Please include the name of Jesus in your prayers as this is the only way to God.

The word of God says:

We are not saved by believing in God, but by believing in Jesus Christ Jehovah God's only begotten son.

Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus and lift up ### and her family to you, thanking You that we don't need to bear the weight of sin and guilt, because You have freely given us your grace and mercy. Thank You that You hear our prayers because of the power of the Jesus. Please cover ###'s parents in Jesus Blood, Your healing power, and Your divine protection today.
