Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother J to you. We pray for a revival in his heart and spirit, that he may be drawn back to the church and the fellowship of believers. Lord, you are the appointed Physician for all spiritual ailments, and we believe that you can bring healing and restoration to J's soul.
We acknowledge any iniquity or backsliding that may have led J away from the church and the group. We ask for your forgiveness and mercy to be poured out upon him. Your Word reminds us in Jeremiah 3:22 that if we return, you will heal our backsliding. We claim this promise for J and ask that you would restore him to a place of joy and fellowship in your presence.
We also pray for the souls of others who may be lingering or struggling in their faith. Give us the courage and compassion to reach out to them, to exhort and encourage one another in love and good works. Help us to be watchful and attentive to those who may need a gentle nudge back into the fold.
Lord, we thank you for the way you have opened the way for us to approach you through the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. We declare that the name of Jesus is a never-failing passport for our prayers. We ask that you would hear our plea on behalf of J and respond with your grace and mercy.
We trust in your faithfulness, knowing that you are always ready and willing to hear our prayers. We thank you for the assurance that Jesus, our Advocate and Intercessor, presents our prayers before your throne. We believe that as our prayers are mingled with his intercession, they become powerful and effective.
In Jesus' name, we pray for J's revival, for his return to the church and the group. May he experience your love, grace, and forgiveness in a fresh and powerful way. May he find a renewed passion for you and a deep sense of belonging within the community of believers. We ask all these things according to your will. Amen.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
