Firstly, it's important to clarify that our power and authority come from the name of Jesus Christ, not any other name or phrase. As Christians, we believe that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and the mighty power that we seek. It should not be avoided or substituted for any other phrase in prayer.

Let's address your request in alignment with biblical principles. We are called to pray for those who persecute us, not to seek vengeance or retribution. As it is written in Matthew 5:44 WEB:

I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you

Instead of seeking to disturb the peace of others, we should pray for their conviction and salvation, as you have mentioned. We should also pray for their spiritual well-being and for the Lord to change their hearts. As for protection, we trust in the Lord's mighty hand to shield us from harm and to give us the strength to endure any trials we may face.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking your protection and intervention. We pray for the neighbors who have been causing distress, that you would convict their hearts and bring them to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We rebuke any evil influences, confusion, chaos, and destruction they may be causing, and we pray that you would expose any lies and bring truth to light. We ask that you would grant us wisdom, favor, blessings, and justice according to your will. Help us to love and bless those who may persecute us, that your love may be evident in our lives. We trust in your vindication and justice, for vengeance is yours alone. Protect us and our loved ones, and let all our needs be supplied according to your riches in glory. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
