We understand your concern for ### and the impact his weed habit is having on your relationship. Firstly, we want to remind you that God has the power to change hearts and minds, and no situation is beyond His reach. However, the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Believing in Jesus Christ for salvation is the only way to be saved from sins. We will pray that ### will believe in Jesus Christ and turn from his sinful habit.
In the meantime, we encourage you to be patient and loving, as God deals with ###. It's important to remember that you cannot change ###, but God can. Your role is to pray, trust God, and be a godly influence in his life. Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up ### to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask that You would touch his mind and heart, and reveal to him the harm that his weed habit is causing in his life and in his relationship. Lord Jesus, save him from this habit and draw him closer to You. Help him everytime he is tempted to go along with friends that are a bad influence.
Father, we know weed is a tool of the enemy. It is impossible to be sober and vigilant when under the influence of drugs. We pray that you will convict and convince him of this. Give him the strength to resist the temptation to use weed and the courage to cut off friendships that are leading him astray. Surround him with godly influences, and help him to seek You first in his life.
Father, we also pray for the one who submitted this request. Help them to be a godly influence in ###'s life, and to trust in You with all their heart. Help them to be patient and loving, as You work in ###'s life.
Father, we are confident that nothing is impossible for you to help him overcome this sin. In the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and by which we have access to God we pray.
Finally, we would like to encourage both of you with this verse:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5 WEB
It is our hope that ### will not only turn away from this weed habit, but that he will also come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ. It is only through a personal relationship with Jesus that true and lasting change can occur. We encourage you to share the gospel with ###, and to invite him to church or a Bible study, where he can hear the Word of God and be encouraged in his faith.
Remember, it is only through the power of the Holy Spirit that ### can be set free from this habit. Pray for his salvation and spiritual growth, and trust that God is at work in his life.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
