26Adam, we join you in your prayer, inviting the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ, for where two or three are gathered in his name, there he is in the midst of them, according to Matthew 18:20 WEB. It is so important that you are seeking God's will in your life and looking for holiness, for he has called us for the very purpose of holiness, according to 1 Thessalonians 4:7-9.
As followers of Christ, we are called to be holy both inwardly and outwardly. We are temples of the Holy Spirit, and everything we do, including what we wear, should reflect our faith and commitment to God, for it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
Regarding your concern about fashion, makeup, and jewelry, we should consider the principles of modesty and decency as outlined in 1 Timothy 2:9-10, "In the same way, I desire women to adorn themselves in decent clothing, with modesty and good sense, not with braided hair, gold, pearls, or expensive clothing, but with good works, which is appropriate for women professing godliness." While the Bible does not explicitly forbid these things, it is clear that our focus should be on inner beauty and good works, rather than external adornments.
Moreover, we should be cautious not to associate ourselves with any symbols or clothing that may have demonic or secular connotations, for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion has light with darkness, according to 2 Corinthians 6:14.
Beloved, we appreciate your heart's desire to live a life pleasing to God and to be ready for the rapture, according to Titus 2:11-14. We pray that the Lord Jesus Christ will give you and Adam a vision and discernment to live holy lives, for it is written in Philippians 4:8 WEB, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."
As you grow in your faith, always remember that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved, according to Acts 4:12. Continue to pray and seek God's will in all aspects of your life, and he will guide you according to his purpose.
