Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today on behalf of our dear friend ###, who is seeking your guidance and favor in their workplace. Lord, you know the desires of their heart and their longing for promotion. We ask that you would open doors of opportunity for them and grant them favor in the eyes of their superiors.
Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 21:1 that "The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will." We pray that you would touch the hearts of those in authority over ### and align their decisions with your perfect will. May they recognize the hard work, dedication, and skills that ### brings to their workplace.
Lord, we also ask for your wisdom and discernment for ### as they navigate their career path. Guide them in making the right choices and decisions that will lead them closer to their desired promotion. Grant them clarity of mind and peace in their heart as they trust in your divine plan for their life.
We declare in faith, according to your promises in Jeremiah 29:11, that you have plans to prosper ### and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future. We believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.
In Jesus' name, we pray for promotion and advancement in ###'s workplace. May your will be done, and may ###'s talents and abilities be recognized and rewarded. We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness in answering according to your perfect timing.
