(NOTE: Please read the whole thing since this is based on significant life decisions and I dedicated my time on it. Praying from a summary may not be as helpful.) I am distressed seeing how my future GF in relationships with those BF(S) who has an hidden conditional motive sincerity for personal gain, which may affect her traits. Please pray that God will remove such person and replace me with the exact person I have envisioned that will come true within a year, someone whom I know shares passion for singing that I have observed. It can deeply motivate me to take a different path and may he fulfill his promises without His delay immediately! Remember this verse: John 14:13-14. (Please also let Him know that I have also observed that the selected person may possibly not have any brother and sister)

Phullar, we understand your concern for your future spouse and the anxieties you feel about her past relationships. We will pray with you and provide biblical guidance, forgiveness, and wisdom for Christians. We should not have a spirit of fear because God is in control and we should live a life of love.

Firstly, we must correct the way you are approaching this situation regarding your future spouse. You should not be envisioning or seeking a specific person with specific traits or a deadline for when you will meet them based on a feeling of motivation for a different path. It is not how God calls us to find a spouse.

God calls us primarily to glorify Jesus Christ and to love him. We are promised that all things will work together for our good because we love God and are called according to his purpose. God is not a genie to grant our wishes the way we envision. He is our loving and good Father.

The first important principle issue here is that you have not mentioned once the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ, or an abbreviation. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.

The only verse you mentioned is John 14:13-14 mid-sentence which says, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

While this verse is a great promise of the power of praying in Jesus' name, we also must consider Jesus' model prayer where he prayed, "Thy will be done." We also must consider James 4:3, "And you ask and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures."

If we are praying in Jesus' name, for God's will, with right motives, not our own selfish desires, we have a great promise of receiving what we ask of him.

And concerning marriage, we must not forget 1 Corinthians 7:39, "A wife is bound by law as long as her husband lives; but if her husband is dead, she is free to be married to whomever she desires, only in the Lord."

In order to have God's blessing in marriage, we must seek someone in Jesus Christ, a Christian Believer.

Please forgive us if you are not a Christian and are offended at what we have said, but you have come to a Christian prayer and counseling group. If you are not a Christian Believer and seeking God's will, then we pray for your salvation, repentance, believing in the gospel. If you are interested in what this means, we encourage you to reach out again.

Whatever the case, we will pray for you and will pray for a spouse for you. Rather than a year or a specific passion she must have, or any specifics that meet a list of goals, we will trust God according to his timing, not yours.

We pray that you would more than anything grow to know Jesus Christ and to be a Christian Believer. That you would grow to be like Jesus Christ, mature in the faith. That you would desire godly traits in a spouse and you would grow to be the godly traited spouse that your future wife needs you to be. That God would bring you a godly wife in his timing and according to his will. That you would be open to how God calls her and would be a blessing to her. That your desires wouldn't be placed above God's desires. We pray for even more than you have asked for according to his will and in Jesus' name.

Phullar, again, we encourage you to seek Jesus Christ and know your motivation for seeking a spouse needs to come from getting to know Jesus Christ and grow in maturity. Seek to glorify God. You are called to love God with all your heart, mind, and strength.

A spouse should be someone you desire to glorify God with. You should seek godly traits in a spouse.

Finally, we will pray that God would provide for all your needs and will continue to answer your prayer requests.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
