We are grateful that you have come to us with this request and that you are seeking forgiveness and deliverance in Jesus' name. It's wonderful that you acknowledge the power of His name, for as the Bible tells us ”There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved" Acts 4:12 WEB.
Let's address your request. You've asked for forgiveness for seventeen things, plus two more. God is eager to forgive us when we come to Him with a repentant heart. The Bible says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9 WEB. We encourage you to specifically name and confess each of the seventeen things, as well as the two additional things, to God in prayer.
