We join you in your prayer, ###, and we are here to support you as you seek forgiveness from our Heavenly Father. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer, for it is through Him that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
The Bible assures us that if we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB). So, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up ### who has sought Your forgiveness. We thank You for Your unfailing love and mercy, which are new every morning. We ask that You forgive ###'s sins and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. Help them to walk in Your ways, to obey Your commandments, and to live a life pleasing to You. Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may overcome temptation and live victoriously in Jesus Christ. We ask this all in Jesus' name. We ask that you specifically reveal to us any sins that need to be confessed so that it can be addressed if it was not already. We especially ask that any sexual sins be revealed for confession at this time to the Lord and to us if appropriate for further prayer and support. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
