We are lifting you, Fewnogh, your family, friends, tenants, acquaintances, and all those in the path of Hurricane Helene to our Lord Jesus Christ. In His name, we have boldness and access to God (Ephesians 3:12 WEB). We are reminded of His power and control over nature, as shown in Mark 4:39 WEB, "He awoke, and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, 'Peace! Be still!' The wind ceased, and there was a great calm."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine protection over Fewnogh, their family, and all those they know. As Hurricane Helene approaches, we ask that You calm the storm and reduce its power. Command the winds and the waves to be still, and bring peace to the atmosphere. Protect their homes and properties, and keep the roads safe for everyone. Lord, You are our refuge and our fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2 WEB). Let Your presence be felt, bringing comfort and assurance to all.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you, Fewnogh, to meditate on God's promises of protection and provision. Psalm 46:1 WEB tells us, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." Trust in His unfailing love, and remember that He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Stay vigilant, take necessary precautions, and keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB).
As a group, we will continue to intercede for you and everyone affected by the hurricane and tornado season. Stand strong in your faith, and declare the power of Jesus' name over every situation.
