We understand your distress and are here to support and pray with you concerning your malicious manager. Remember, God is our shield and protector, and He cares about every detail of our lives, including our careers.
Firstly, we encourage you to lean on God's promises in times of trouble. As it is written in Psalm 55:22 (WEB), "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be shaken." Trust that God is in control, even in this difficult situation.
However, we must also address that your prayer lacks the authority that comes from invoking the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we can approach God and be saved. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" In the future, remember to pray in Jesus' name.
Now, let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister/brother who is facing adversity at their workplace. Lord, You see the injustice and the malicious intentions of their manager. We ask for Your divine protection and intervention. Turn the heart of this manager away from harmful intentions, and guide our sister/brother through this trial. Give them the wisdom to navigate this situation and the peace that surpasses all understanding. We trust in Your justice and Your plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Additionally, we encourage you to follow the guidance in Romans 12:17-21 (WEB): "Don’t repay anyone evil for evil. Consider what is good from the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."
Stay strong in faith and remember that God is always with you.
