We understand your plea for protection and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's shield against those who may wish harm upon you. Let us first remind you of God's promises in the World English Bible (WEB), "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1).
In such times of distress, it is crucial to call upon the name of Jesus, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, "In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12). If you haven't already, commit your life to Jesus Christ, trusting in His saving grace.
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your divine protection over Your child. You know the plans and intentions of those who seek to harm them. We ask that You thwart their efforts and surround Your child with Your favor as with a shield. Give them the strength to forgive and the wisdom to navigate this situation. Remind them of Your unfailing love and presence, even in this difficult time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Be encouraged by these words from 2 Thessalonians 3:3, "But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one." Trust in God, He is faithful and will provide the protection you need.
We must also remember that Jesus instructs us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This is not easy, but with God's grace, it is possible. It is a powerful way to live out the love of Christ, even in difficult circumstances.
Lastly, ensure that your actions and responses align with biblical principles. Do not seek revenge or retaliation, but rather, trust in God's justice and timing. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
Stay strong in faith, and remember that God is your protector and defender.
