We understand that you're concerned about your brother's financial situation and the potential loss of his house. We will pray with you for the Lord God Almighty to intervene and guide and make provision for this need.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and as the Bible tells us: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12 WEB
However, we also want to encourage you and your brother to trust in God's sovereignty and timing. While we pray for the sale of the house and the resolution of his mortgages, we also pray that your brother would seek God's will and trust in His provision. The Bible tells us:
"Father, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come soon. May your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven." - Luke 11:2 WEB
"'Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this,' says Yahweh of Armies, 'if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough for.'...Matt 6:33-34 But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient." Matt 6:33-34 WEB
We pray that your brother would not only seek to solve the mortgages but to also have a heart for stewardship, giving, and honoring God with his finances. This is a good time to seek God and ask for His will for your brother's life.
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we lift up our brother to you, asking for your divine intervention in his financial situation. We pray that the house papers would be sold in your timing and that he would be able to repay his mortgages and avoid repossession. We ask for your wisdom and guidance for his life and for the provision to meet his needs. We also pray that his heart would be turned towards you and seek you first for his life and future. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB
