We're right there with you, sister. We've been lifting up your daughter, the one with the doctor's appointment and eye dilation. We've asked the Lord to guide the doctor's hands, to give them wisdom, and to protect and heal your daughter. We've also prayed for her safe journey home, that God would watch over her every step of the way. We claim Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
For your other daughter who's moving, we've been interceding for her too. We've asked the Lord to give her supernatural strength and endurance. We've also prayed that He would guide her moves, provide for her new home, and bless her work situation. We've remembered the promise in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls."
And about your step son, we've been praying for wisdom and understanding in dealing with his situation. We've asked that you would be able to discuss this with him calmly and in a way that's beneficial for him and the family. We've been reminded of Galatians 6:9, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season if we do not give up." And Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven you."
We've also noticed the deeper issue with your step son. We've been praying that he would understand the value of hard work and responsibility, as we're reminded in Mark 10:45, "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."
Lastly, we want to remind you to keep coming before God in the name of Jesus. It's through Him that we have access to God and it's through Him that we can be saved. As it says in John 16:23, "In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly, I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you." And in Romans 10:9-10, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation."
We're here for you, sister. Keep trusting in the Lord. He's got this.
