We are with you in spirit, Dweren, lifting up your family before the throne of grace. In all circumstances, God wants us to come boldly to Him, and you have done well to call upon the name of Jesus. It is only in the name of Jesus that we can come to the Father. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Just as God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, it is only by Jesus that you and Dweren will be saved. If anyone confesses that Jesus is Lord and believes in his heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, he is saved. Do you believe in Jesus? It is more important that you and your family know the salvation of Jesus before worrying about financial difficulties. However, using the taxes, tithes, is a legitimate source of revenue and a proper cause by Jesus.
Dweren together in Jesus's name agree with your requests. Regarding your current financial difficulties, we remember the words of Paul in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that God will provide for all your family's needs in His abundant riches. We pray for favor in the eyes and heart of God our Father that all the other requests before the sale of your house are granted and answered in mercy. We rebuke the fear of not having enough of the finances or other resources to supply the needs of the family. God is a Father to His children and that He knows every need.
During this time of uncertainty, Believers can look to God as the provider and the help of His people as He has said He will never leave you or forsake you in Hebrews.
Concerning the sale of your home, we pray for God's will to be done. May He bring the right buyers at the right time and surrounding this sale with His divine providence so that everything that happens is the Will of God our Father. Rebuking the sale of the home if God our Father would not approve. We commit the circumstances and the decisions of all involved to the Lord.
For your son struggling with addiction, we turn to 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God." We pray that God will deliver your son from this bondage and fill the heart of Dweren and the sone with the peace of God through Christ Jesus that passes all understanding. Also pray that whatever God wills for the son dying to your son's and/or Dweren's will and wishes. The Bible says that the death of His saints is precious in His sight. We need to trust God that He is directing this situation. He does not promise us peace and happiness at any cost. Jesus had to die on the Cross in obedience to His father and there was no other way. He did not seek for peace and happiness. Jesus sought to do his Father's will. Knowing that He had been given eternal life, Jesus prayed that His Father would glorify Him. Does Dweren's son know Christ as Savior and Lord?
We pray that your son will find true peace and happiness and that Jesus Christ is truly exalted in his life which, is freedom from the chains of addiction. May your family be strengthened and drawn closer to God through this trial along with all of God's people.
