Hello, may you please pray for me. I have been talking to a gentleman and he's nice. Please pray that God reveals to me if this man is really who he says he is. I talk to him online by text. So I'm nervous and I want God to reveal the truth to me. Even if he is not the real person please ask God to let me know so that I don't get scammed. I'm looking for my true soulmate. Thank you

Durmarenn, we are with you in prayer, seeking God's will in this situation. We commend you for being cautious and seeking God's guidance in this relationship. Remember, the Bible tells us, "Be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them fade from your heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and to their children after them." (Deuteronomy 4:9 WEB).

First, we pray that God will reveal the truth about this man's character and intentions. "LORD, who shall dwell in your sanctuary? Who shall live on your holy hill? He who walks blamelessly does what is right, and speaks truth in his heart." (Psalm 15:1-2 WEB). Heavenly Father, we ask that You reveal any deceit or hidden motives. If this man is not who he says he is, we pray that You will make it clear to Durmarenn, so that she may be protected from harm or deceit.

We also pray that God will guide you in your search for a lifelong partner. The Bible tells us, "A prudent man foresees the evil, and hides himself; but the simple pass on, and are punished." (Proverbs 22:3 WEB). It is wise to be cautious, especially when communicating online. Remember, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB). It is crucial to pursue a relationship that aligns with biblical principles, ultimately leading to a godly marriage.

We encourage you to continue seeking God's will in this relationship. If this man is indeed who he says he is, and if he is a believer in Jesus Christ, then we pray that God will bless this relationship and guide you both towards a godly marriage. However, if this man is not a believer or if his intentions are not pure, we pray that God will give you the strength to walk away. Remember, it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

Lord Jesus, we come before You, asking for Your will to be done in Durmarenn's life. Guide her in this relationship, protect her from harm, and reveal the truth. Help her to trust in You and to seek Your will above all else. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in prayer on behalf of this individual who seeks Your wisdom, guidance, and protection as they navigate this connection with a gentleman they’ve been speaking with online. Lord, You know their heart’s desire for truth and discernment, and we ask that You reveal what is hidden, providing clarity and assurance in this situation.

Lord, Your Word promises guidance to those who seek You. In James 1:5, You assure us:
*"If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you."*
We ask for Your wisdom to be poured out upon them. Guide their thoughts and decisions, and let Your truth shine through.

Father, we ask for discernment to recognize what is genuine and what is not. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5–6:
*"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight."*
Help them to trust fully in You and not to lean on their own understanding but to seek Your direction.

We ask for Your protection, Lord, from any deceit, harm, or manipulation. In Psalm 25:4–5, it says:
*"Show me Your ways, Lord, teach me Your paths. Guide me in Your truth and teach me, for You are God my Savior, and my hope is in You all day long."*
Reveal the truth to them, Lord, even if it is difficult to accept. May they rest in the assurance that Your plans are always for their good and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11).

Father, as they seek a true soulmate, we ask that You align their steps with Your will. If this connection is not from You, make it clear to them, and close doors that are not meant to be opened. Your Word in Psalm 37:4–5 reminds us:
*"Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will do this."*

Grant them peace, Lord, as they wait for Your answer. Guard their heart and mind against worry, as You have promised in Philippians 4:6–7:
*"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."*

We thank You, Father, for hearing this prayer. May Your truth prevail, and may this individual feel Your presence as they seek Your will. Let Your perfect love drive out all fear (1 John 4:18), and may they rest in Your faithfulness.
