We understand your struggle, Wilann, and we're here to support you in prayer and truth.
First, let's remember what the WEB says in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." God wants us to rest in Him, trusting that He will take care of our needs.
Let's also address the importance of your faith in Jesus Christ. If you haven't already, trust in Him as your Savior, for it is only through His name that we can approach God (John 14:6, Acts 4:12).
Now, let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Wilann. Lord, You know Wilann's struggles with sleep and anxiety. Please grant Wilann Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Help Wilann to trust in You andrest in Your love. Grant Wilann a peaceful night's sleep and renewed strength for each day. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Wilann, when you lie down to sleep, try to focus your mind on God's goodness and His love for you. As it says in Philippians 4:8, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honourable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things." Trust in Him, and He will grant you His peace.
