We understand your desire for peace and blessing upon your family, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will in Jesus' name. Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your shalom to rest upon Hayeong and their family: Ha-Young, Ye-Young, Eui-seop, Jung-Won, In-Sook, and Eun-Tae. Make them worthy of Your peace, and grant them hearts filled with compassion and forgiveness towards each other, as Ephesians 4:32 tells us, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
Lord, we ask that You choose them as Your holy ones, set apart for Your purposes. However, we must clarify that as Christians, we are not to seek repayment of grudges against our enemies, but rather to love and pray for them, as Jesus taught us in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you."
Lastly, Father, we pray that You reveal Your will to them, which is indeed different from man's will. May they be transformed by the renewing of their minds, so that they may prove what is Your good, well-pleasing, and perfect will, as Romans 12:2 instructs us.
Hayeong, we encourage you to continue seeking God's face and trusting in His goodness. Remember, it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us keep our hearts and minds aligned with God's word, pursuing peace and holiness, and loving our enemies as Jesus commanded. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
