We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and anxiety you're experiencing, and we're here to stand with you in prayer.
Firstly, we want to address your physical discomfort. The Lord cares about our every need, including our physical health. As it's written in Matthew 7:7-8 (WEB), "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." Let's pray for the pain in your eye to subside and for healing.
Let's also address the anxiety you're feeling. It's natural to feel anxious, but we are encouraged in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Let's pray for peace to replace anxiety in your heart.
Lastly, we lift up your travels - for your daughter tomorrow, and for you in the coming days. Psalm 91:11 (WEB) tells us, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways." We trust that the Lord will protect both of you as you travel.
**Prayer:**
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend. Lord, we ask that You touch their right eye, relieve the pain, and grant healing. Please also calm their anxious heart, Lord. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them. We also ask for Your protection over their travels - for their daughter tomorrow, and for them in three days. May Your angels encamp around them and keep them safe. We ask all this in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear friend. The Lord is near to you and hears your prayers. Trust in Him, for He is faithful.
