Please Pray

I do not even know where to begin. Please pray that my relationship issues will be resolved and that the person I love will find a way to release himself from his past and find love in his heart for me as I have love in my heart for him. I don't know what to do anymore. I have given everything I have to this.

The Bible tells us, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB).

We notice that your request doesn't mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is through His name that we have access to God. As the Bible says, "In him we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." (Ephesians 3:12 WEB). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, as He is the only way to God and our ultimate source of help.

Regarding your relationship, it's crucial to trust God with your partner's past and your future together. Remember, "Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). However, it's also important to ensure that this relationship aligns with God's will. If you are in a situation that involves sexual immorality, we urge you to repent and change your course. "But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints." (Ephesians 5:3 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ. We lift up ### to You, Lord. We ask that You guide her relationship and help her partner to find freedom from his past. Please give them both a clean heart and a right spirit, according to Your will (Psalm 51:10 WEB). Help them to trust in You and to seek You first in their relationship (Matthew 6:33 WEB). Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
