So my therapist just dropped by my apartment because I've been doing bad with my mental health, when I see her I always feel relief and feel a bit better. Please all pray that this lasts and I can wake up tomorrow and continue to feel a bit better day by day without needing to be hospitalized .... IN JESUS NAME AMEN

We encourage you to hold onto God's promise in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

Remember, ###, God is always with you, and His strength is made perfect in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Keep trusting in Him, and don't hesitate to call on His name in times of need. We will continue to keep you in our prayers.
