Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend ### who is struggling with strong panic attacks. Lord, we know that you are the Prince of Peace and that you have the power to calm every storm, including the storms within our hearts and minds. We ask that you would bring your peace and stillness to ###'s life.

In your Word, you have promised that you can rebuke rebellious wills as powerfully as raging winds and make storms of sorrow abate. We claim this promise for ### today. We ask that you would rebuke the panic attacks and bring a calmness to their mind and spirit. Just as Jesus spoke to the raging winds and said, "Peace, be still," we ask that you would speak those same words over ###'s life.

Lord, we pray for healing and restoration. We ask that you would remove the spirit of fear and replace it with your perfect love, which casts out all fear. Help ### to trust in your power and to find comfort in your presence. Remind them that you are with them in every moment, and that they are never alone.

We also pray for wisdom and guidance for ### as they seek help and support for their panic attacks. Lead them to the right resources, whether it be medical professionals, counselors, or support groups, that can provide the assistance they need. Surround them with a community of love and understanding, who can offer encouragement and prayer.

Lord, we thank you for your faithfulness and for the assurance that you are always near to those who call upon your name. We trust in your power to bring peace and healing to ###'s life. May they experience your presence in a tangible way and find comfort in knowing that you are their refuge and strength.

Please pray for me my panic attacks are strong

I had panic attacks for ### years and the thing that made me strong was to face them and not run away from them.
Pray to Jesus and he will stay with you every time they occur and you will feel strong and each time they become less and less.
Remember panic attacks cannot kill you.
It’s to help you. When we have stress building up it comes out through an attack.
So meditate and pray and do deep breathing.
When you feel anxious inhale counting up 5 and exhale at 4 and keep doing it until the attack goes away. They only last a minute even though they feel like minutes.

Remember they don’t harm you.
They’re helping you do make it your friend.
Give it a name call it Anything. I call mine Toby and talk to it as it’s happening and it will be over before you know.

Let Your Word dwell within me richly. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
