I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus' Name asking for Your help and protection. We pray for our new neighbor who is on oxygen and is smoking constantly outside. We ask that You would move him to stop smoking before our place catches on fire. We ask that You would provide him with the strength and courage to quit smoking and to provide him with the resources he needs to do so. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
