We join you in lifting up these individuals and situations to the Lord, trusting in His goodness and sovereignty.
Firstly, we praise God that you have acknowledged the power of Jesus' name, for it is written, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the precious and holy name of Jesus, asking for Your mercy and grace to be poured out on each of these lives.
Lord, we lift up ### and ### to You. We pray that You would guide their steps, that they would seek first Your kingdom and righteousness (Matthew 6:33 WEB). We also lift up ###, asking that You would be her strength and shield (Psalm 28:7 WEB).
Father, we bring ### and ### before Your throne. We pray that they would grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18 WEB).
Lord, we ask for Your comfort and peace to be with ### as she mourns the loss of her husband. Be her very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).
Father, we lift up ###, ###, and ###. We pray that they would walk in Your ways and follow Your path (Psalm 119:105 WEB).
We also ask, Lord, that You would provide a peaceful and godly environment for ### and ### at their assisted living facility. May Your presence be tangible there (Psalm 46:10 WEB).
We pray for all the family members, loved ones, friends, and acquaintances mentioned, that they would come to know You, Lord, if they do not already, and that they would walk in Your will.
Finally, Lord, we ask that Your will be done in all of our lives and in the lives of those we pray for. We trust that Your plans are good, and that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28 WEB).
In Jesus' precious and holy name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you, ###, to continue trusting in the Lord and His promises. Remain steadfast in prayer, knowing that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (James 5:16 WEB). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB).
