Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Jon Bell to You. We acknowledge that he is a very angry man, and we pray that You would intervene in his life. Lord, we ask that You would draw Jon to Yourself and reveal Your saving grace to him. Open his eyes to see that true peace can only be found in Jesus.
We are reminded of Your Word in Matthew 11:28, where Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We pray that Jon would experience the rest and peace that comes from surrendering his anger and finding refuge in Jesus.
Lord, we know that You are able to transform hearts and bring about change in the lives of individuals. We ask that You would soften Jon's heart and remove the anger that consumes him. Replace it with Your love, joy, and peace.
We also pray for Gweninn, who has brought this prayer request before You. Grant her strength and wisdom as she supports Jon and continues to intercede on his behalf. Surround her with Your peace and fill her with Your love.
May Jon come to know You personally, Lord, and may his life be a testimony of Your transforming power. We trust in Your faithfulness and believe that You can bring about a miraculous change in his heart.
