Twiggard, we understand your political concerns, but as a group grounded in biblical principles, we believe that our ultimate hope lies not in political figures or movements, but in Jesus Christ alone. The Bible tells us, "Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help" (Psalm 146:3 WEB).

We must pray for all leaders and those in authority, as Scripture instructs: "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence" (1 Timothy 2:1-2 WEB). Therefore, we pray that God's will be done in the upcoming elections and that whoever is in office would seek God's guidance and wisdom.

However, we must also address that the Bible does not condone hatred or hostility towards others, even those with differing political views. Instead, it teaches us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB). Rather than praying for the downfall of any movement or group, we should pray that all people would turn to God, seek His face, and be transformed by the renewing of their minds (Romans 12:2 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that You are the one true God and that Your ways are higher than our ways. We pray for the upcoming elections, that Your will be done, and that the leaders You choose would seek Your wisdom and guidance. We pray for unity in our nation and that all people would turn to You, seeking Your face. Help us, as Your children, to be lights in this world, reflecting Your love and grace to all. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you, ###, to put your trust in God, knowing that He is in control of all things, including the hearts of kings (Proverbs 21:1 WEB). Let us focus on praying for God's will to be done and for the salvation of all people.
