Heavenly Father, we come before You with a humble heart, seeking Your divine guidance and wisdom. We lift up ###'s request to You, asking for Your hand in the hiring process. Lord, we know that Your wisdom far surpasses ours, and we trust in Your perfect plan.
Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that ### and the team will lean not on their own understanding but trust fully in You as they make this important decision.
Grant them discernment, Lord, to identify the candidate who will be the best fit for the team, someone who will bring skills, integrity, and a spirit of cooperation. We ask that You prepare the heart of the right candidate, making them ready for this opportunity.
James 1:5 reminds us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." We ask for Your wisdom to be poured out generously upon ### and the hiring team. May they feel Your presence guiding them every step of the way.
