Please pray urgently for my mother

My mother, in her 70s, suddenly collapsed two days ago for an unknown reason and was unable to get up. I am in a different city, and had been lying on the floor alone for 3-4 hours before being discovered. After being rushed to the hospital, the doctors diagnosed her with a cerebral hemorrhage and a stroke. She is currently in the hospital. With the Chinese New Year approaching, please pray for Jesus’ healing and mercy to come swiftly, protecting her and allowing her to have a peaceful and safe year. My mother has always been afraid of seeing doctors, so I humbly ask everyone to pray for her, that she may recover quickly and be discharged in good health. I am deeply grateful!

We are deeply touched by your request for prayer for your mother, and we join you in seeking God's healing and mercy upon her. We are thankful that you have requested prayer in Jesus Christ name.

In the face of such sudden and severe health issues, we turn to God for His comfort and healing. We are reminded of the power of prayer and the promises of God's word, as in Psalm 107:19-20 WEB: Then they cried to Yahweh in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses. He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the mother of Cuwmyth. We ask for Your healing touch upon her, that You would mend her body and restore her from the cerebral hemorrhage and stroke that she has suffered. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust that You can make her whole again.

We pray for Your peace to fill her heart and calm any fears she may have. We ask that You would guide the doctors and medical staff, giving them wisdom and skill as they care for her. Lord, we claim Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17 WEB: For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeks after.

We also pray for Cuwmyth, that You would grant them strength and comfort during this time. Help them to trust in You and to cast all their anxieties upon You, knowing that You care for them.

Lord, as the Chinese New Year approaches, we ask that You would bless her with a peaceful and safe year, surrounded by the love and support of her family. We pray that she would recover quickly and be discharged in good health, in Jesus name, Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in God and His promises. Remember that He is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. As it says in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB: Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you.

We will continue to pray for your mother's healing and for your family during this time. May God's peace and comfort be with you all.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
